Who is responsible

SNDVLT AB (organization number 559558-4474), Flöjelbergsgatan 14B, 431 37 Mölndal, Sweden, is responsible for HYMVO PLAYS. For privacy questions, email Passkey@sndvlt.com.

Data used on your device

Files you import, their names and metadata, playlists, favorites, playback settings, waveform and tempo/key estimates, and recordings or exports are stored on your device for the app to work. The app uses the microphone only when you choose to record and iOS has granted permission. You can remove imported items and recordings in the app, and revoke microphone access in iOS Settings.

HYMVO PLAYS does not send your media, recordings or library to SNDVLT AB servers. We do not collect app usage analytics, advertising identifiers or location data through the app.

Files and services you choose

When you import a file from Files, AirDrop, Mail, cloud storage or computer file sharing, the source provider may process that file under its own terms. HYMVO PLAYS makes a local copy for your library. When you use the iOS share sheet or open an external service such as Suno, only your chosen destination receives the item you elect to share. SNDVLT AB does not control that provider's handling of it.

iCloud or computer backups are controlled by your device and Apple settings. Removing an item from the app may not remove copies you previously shared or backed up elsewhere.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and keep it only as long as needed for support or applicable legal obligations. You can contact us to ask about or request deletion of those messages, subject to legal requirements.
