Email us with your iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of the issue. Please do not attach copyrighted media unless you have permission to share it.

Import your files
- Tap Import in the app and choose audio or video from Files.
- For AirDrop, Mail or cloud storage, save the file on your iPhone and use Open In or Share to send it to HYMVO PLAYS.
- From a computer, connect your iPhone and drag files into HYMVO PLAYS in Finder or Apple Devices. Open the app's Import Inbox to scan them.
Playback support depends on the file format and what iOS can decode on your device. The app does not connect to streaming services.
Record and export
Start an audio track, tap REC and allow microphone access. Choose the built-in or a connected microphone, set your count-in and record a take. You can save an MP3 with the beat and voice together or only the voice, then share it through the iOS share sheet.
